During team development a constructive hands-on report is generated with a focus on team style, ressources and areas of development in the team. The report is generated based on individual personality reports for members of the team, including the team leader. When ressources in the team as well as areas of development is spotted in the team, cooperation within the team is affected in a positive manner enabling the team to create better results through their empowered cooperation and joy of work.
Outcome
During team development we get to know each others strengths, understanding our differences and our similarities, and we learn how we, with our differences, can compliment each other in the team. A well-functioning team is more likely to reach their goals, as mutual understanding, respect and a common set of values are important prerequisites for setting and reaching a shared goal.
When
A group of people is not defined as a team before they know how to cooperate towards a common goal. Team development can help prevent challenges re. cooperation, hence maintaining a positive momentum in the team and can therefore be benefical to introduce even before potential challenges appear.
